No biometrics – more than 60 days have passed

More than 60 days have passed since my approval. My approval letter said, if biometrics or physical card not received in 60 days, contact us.

I contacted USCIS about this matter and they took all the information and told me to wait for 30 days.

Did anyone call USCIS after waiting for more than 60 days and received their biometrics notice or physical card as a result. Please share.

Same notice

I got the exact same notice. But mine is only 8 days old (Approved Jul 18th)so no idea what will happen yet. Did you go to local USCIS office and get a stamp in your passport?
