NJ SESACleared but NY DOL Pending

My labor got cleared from NJ SESA (EB2/RIR) and was sent to NY DOL on Dec 22, 2003 and no news after that. Has any one cleared from NJ SESA during the same period or after, got certified from NY DOL?? It's a pain and no information after that from any source.

i think you gave wrong info of date its 2003 not 2004
