Did get EAD.

FP: Waiting... Also called last night, nothing changed from AVM.

EAD & AP received
No FP notice yet, checked AVM last night
 
RD - 7/2/01, ND - 8/20/01, no FP as yet

Got EAD, Got AP no FP as yet. Also checked AVM last
night, no updates.
 
What do you think of the reason of the slow down of NJ?

Something about Anthrax? By the way, please don\'t go out tonight! Danger!
 
Probably

the ASC at Newark might be busy or might have some backlogs in NJ. If somebody speaks to an IIO try and ask the reason for delays in NJ FP notices..
 
wild guess

1. VSC just move state by state and will move to NJ soon
2. Depending on the local office\'s work load
3. We have too many GC applicants in NJ
4. Let\'s be patient, I know FP date is not tightly associate with approve date, RD and ND probably do. So let\'s cross our fingers in the rest of the process.

MD: 8/13/01
RD: 8/14/01
ND: 9/28/01
EAD: 10/23/01--->10/25/01

On 10/24 night, I heard from AVM my EAD approved on 10/23, it\'s later changed to approved on 10/25. Haven\'t got my EAD card yet.

ASC Means

Application Support (or Service) Center and thats the place where you do your FP. I am not 100% sure but had read this term long time back on this discussion board.
