New Visa bulletin for October

Guys,

The new Visa Bulletin for Oct 2007 arrived and EB3 has moved back to Apr' 2001. These things are becoming crazy day to day.. I really don't know on what basis they are moving these dates. Some time move couple of years some times they Retrogress for no reason.. The bunch of guys who sit there I think they never have enough work ethics..!

There is nothing crazy about it, dear friend. They put back the priority dates back that far so that older priority dates will get a chance first. It is just like giving it a full reset, and since there shouldn't be much applications left with such older PDs, they will advance the PD in bigger increments in the coming months.Once they start hitting bigger numbers, it will start to crawl, or even stop.
Whatever happened in the last few months is an exception, so now we are back to square one, maybe? If we just "removed" last 3 months, you will see that the Oct bulletin is not far from normal.
