I don't think so

I don't think they are fooling us (atlest in case of 140 - Not sure about 485). I had a LUD on my 140 ( Date 3/2/05). No news about 485.

Mine is purely concurent EB3 ( Sub - Labour - Original Priority date Jan 2002). RD Aug 2nd/04

This is just my opinion.

those processing times indicate that the case has been assigned before or on that date.it does not mean it has been approved.And also no Eb3 I-140's have been approved since a long time.
Relax!!.

Yep they moved back to Feb 23rd

I saw they updated with date March 04
I 140 / 485 both proc dates for August 02 2004.

I dont know why they moved to back again.

Last time they updated their processing time had same thing. At different time window, people see different date. It became stable after 1~2 days just like any new software release or they are playing with us since they think we are not frastrating enough. Welcome to USCIS!

I know of atleast 3 other EB3 I140 approvals in the past week with RD later than July 9th...

Just read the last paragrah:
The CSC has indicated that, if an inquiry results in a response of "This case is undergoing detailed review" or "Your application is pending review and additional system checks," another inquiry should not be made on that case until at least 180 days have passed.
