New I 130 procedure\'s

Can anyone tell me what the new I 130 procedure is? I filed the I 130 Petition for my wife in November & then filed for a K3 visa. I received a approval notice for the I 130 on the 17th of Jan(which was very fast). But all that I received for the K3 is the receipt. I received the so called packet 3 2weeks back and mailed it back to St. Louis with the DS 230 part 1, I 864 affidavit of support. what happens next? was I supposed to send the Police Certificate, birth certificate, etc back with the packet 3(The instruction were not very clear)? and the main question HOW LONG Will it be from this stage? Pls HELP.

Any further progress since your last post.

I am still waiting for my I130 approval that was filed in Feb 2001 at VSC. Where was yours filed.
