Hello,

I have a problem, my Wife and I got married within the 90 days, everything official and got our Marriage certificate from the City, the problem is that we never apply for the green card and during the Pandemic we left the country in 2021 because Family tragedy in her family and where there 2 years, now I’m back as a US Citizen but she’s still in her home country because I’m sure she will he denied entry, so my question is what should I do or file for so she can enter the US again?

I believe you will need to start afresh by filing an I-130 to petition her as an immediate relative of a USC.
