Hi Folks!
Can someone please share their experiences regd labor processing thru PERM.
My company filed for my for labor thru PERM in August 2006 from MD
I received an email which had the ETA# and submission Date (16th Aug 06)with DOL.
Doesn't it take 90 days (max) for labor approval? I haven't heard anything from the lawyers. If someone is in the same situation I'd request them to please share their information. It would be really helpful. Thanks a lot in advance.
Meanwhile If I come accross something would post it here ASAP.
