I am now a US Citizen since 6 months and i want to apply GC for my parents so that they can stay here with me as long as they want to. I just need to know how to start this process, i know for sure it is not the same process i took to get my GC. Here are my questions,
1. I like to know which forms i need to fill up for both my parents and what documentation is required to send with the application form.(both of them do not have a birth certificate, is any other documentation OK ?)
2. Currently my parents are here with me and will be flying back to India this October. i prefer AOS process to CP since they are here now and can come to US whenever they choose it (they have 10 year multiple visa). I like this process as compared to CP wheere they might have to go to Mumbai/Chennai and be asked lots of questions and i do want to take that risk.
PLEASE ADVICE...your help and any comments are much appreciated.
