Need Help I-131 (AP)

I applied for Ap with VSC on 07/08/2004 for my self, wife & son. My self & son got AP in 2-3 months time, how ever my wife's application for I-131 is still pending even after 5 months. I enquired with NSC 2 times, but no response yet.

What are the options availabe to expedite I131 case.

Can i fax expedite request to VSC?.

I suggest you to send them the fax and request them to expedite the

If you need an emergency AP for travel, take an infopass appointment for local INS office and select the option "Talk to an immigration officer".
Don't forget to take the 1-131 (AP) receipt notice with you.
In most cases if you show them confirmed air tickets, local office will issue AP on the spot.
My neighbor got his AP from local office as his case was emergency and was waiting in service center for 4 mos.
