Hi everyone,
I need help for my situation.
I am married to my husband for more than 2 years but i got here 7 month ago.
We are having many arguments since i was in india. Bc i am very romantic and i was dreaming of a husband who loves me and gave me attention. But I have never received that and also he is very moody. GOT UPSET gor everything.
So I thoughy, when I am gonna move here. Everything will come in order and we will be happy.
But unfortunatly, the arguments became worse here and we can not live like that. Also I think he is not interested in girls because I found Porn videos in his laptop but about boys!!

So i want to get seperate bc nothing happened between us. No physical!
Now i want to stay in usa if possible.

But he did never opened me an bank account, no joint tax, no phone bill, no health insurance . Nothing !
I have no proof that we were living together . Only proof i have is our friends and family.

Can you help me what do to please for my divorce and how to keep my green card ( i have the 2 years green card). ?

If your marriage has not been consummated and he has not been abusive towards you, I really do not see any avenues for you to get an I-751 approved. You can try to file a solo I-751 claiming that you both entered the marriage in good faith but it did not work out, however taking into account that not much proof of conjugal cohabitation exists, I do not see a decent chance of success.
