If my other half and I get married in the USA and I am on the VWP, and I bring him back to Australia while we apply for my US residency with him, whats the general waiting times? Is it easier to do that, or have him to it all from the US and we're seperated?
We dont want to be apart any longer than needed.. we're already going to be apart til the middle of next year while I save for my next trip over.
Also.. I am older than him.. by over 5 years.. is that a great deal of concern?
No problems proving our relationship is genuine, but we're tired of others always comenting on our age that we're thinking of lying to his family by saying I am younger just so they do not disapprove.
