Hi,
Current Status = H1B with Company B.
Background:-
I got my labor approved and 140 approved (Sept 2003) from Company A. But Company A laid me off on Oct 2003, subsequently i went back to india on Oct 2003.
I returned from India to work for Company B on May 2004 using Company A's H1 stamp without waiting for Company B's Approval notice. I realized that i should not have done this late. Now i have H1 Approval from Company B.
Question:-
Now I wish to file for my GC thru Company B. Will this background cause any probs during Labor,I140 and 485 stages ? Category is EB2 (Masters)
