ND 2004 transferred to TSC

I have received a letter saying that my case was transferred to TSC. ND Dec 2004. What does it mean? Are there any other ND 2004 transferred to TSC, tell me what happened next.

Also, LUD has not changed for some reason. Should it change.

There are some ND 2004 transferred to Texas. Please follow the ND 2004 Club thread and give us more information when anything else happen.

As far as I know transfering cases to TSC would be processed quickly.
