Nd 2003 Club!

Our moral is down.

Our moral is down and the more time passes, the more it will go down until there is a LUD or a message change, we need to stay strong, because I beleive that we will all get approved soon, New Year's or Christmas present, and than we'll be free. They would not ask for additonal evidence, if they haven't taken our files out from the basement, and now they are sitting on some officer's desk, witing their turn, but it's not far we're getting there.

Thay want to scare us

I was reading in the other treads the guys are writing something about only the ones that got code 1 were going to get approved, and I think it's bullshit, because code 3 is a combination of code 1 and 2, so we won't have to go twice, also we received RFI. If we wouldn't be getting approved soon they would not ask for RFI.
 
This may not mean much, but when i went to have my bio code 3 taken on 10/26/05 the lady who took my photo and prints told me "you should be seeing your card in the mail soon" I dont know if they have the kind of information to make that statement or if it was just something she says to everyone, but hopefully she was right.

On November 16, 2005, we mailed a notice requesting additional evidence or information in this case. The notice explains in detail what additional material is needed. If you have questions about the notice, what is required, or if 14 days have passed and you have not received the notice, please call the National Customer Service Center at (800) 375-5283.

I got the same email on 11/16 that they have mailed me a notice requesting additional evidence or information. LUD was today 11/17 and has been updating everyday since 11/14. Case transferred to TSC 11/11/05, ND 10/2003. FP 8/2004. what's next?
 
It looks like our time is close

As you can see from the recent approvals, our time is comming close, I think that they will start approving the ND2003 within a few months, I think that is good news, them starting to approve ND Nov.2002.

code 3 question at the bottom

i received on 10-16-05 appointment to do biometrics (code 3) on 10-22-05. I did not go to appointment because I am out of the country (in Canada/Quebec). my appointment was in California (SF office). I wrote to them to inform I am out of the country till end of the year. yes i know i am probably delaying my case a bit with this delay :(

If I had enough money I would go back and forth to do bio asap but i do not have much money for ticket unfortunately. I was told is okay to do it after I return home in California. So I have a question:

Can I just go to another office? (Buffalo NY or NYC NY is not that far away for me to go by bus and cheaper too) Anyone has done something similar?
 
I think you can go to some where in NY state and take your bio. My first FP in July 04 was sent to my old address and scheduled with an office in that state. When I finally received the noticed I just took it to the closest office here in California (Santa Ana) and they took my FP.
 
I finally received an appointment notice for Bio code 3! Notice is issued on 1/20/06 (No LUD change prior to that for more than a month) and appointment is on 2/3/05. Any recent activities in the 2003 club???

One ND 2003 got approved, but they forgot everybody else they started approving ND 2005 go figure
 
my son (derivative applicant) is ND July/2003, his case is currently CANNOT FOUND refer to USCIS website. what's next??? Plastic soon, or just code 3 afterwards, or any bad signs???

i have done the bio 3, but lud never changed

I received RFI (Medical) in Oct/2005, after I submitted it, LUD changed.

then I received bio 3 appointment in Nov/2005, after I did it (dec/2005), nothing changed. anybody know what happen next?????

Her is propably gonna be approved very soon, just keep checking your status online...congrats.
