N400 Citizenship Time to Oath Ceremony in New York

Hi there -

I filed back on November 17 2014, had my biometrics on December 8 2014 and my interview on April 10 2015 in New York Federal Plaza.

Does anyone know how long it is taking in New York between the interview and scheduling the oath ceremony?

Is there anyway to expedite scheduling the oath for extreme cases (not involving illness)?
