After waiting for more than 26 months of waiting for my children‘s N-600 to adjudicate, no progress (yet) through our congressman, and multiple inquiries regarding their longer than expected processing times, I hired a lawyer to file a writ-of-mandamus for each child. Both received their US passports and USCIS never RFE‘ed but they have been stuck on „ready to be scheduled for an interview“ for months with no movement. I can not imagine, no appointments to be available for the past five months?
Can anyone walk me through the next steps or what happens if USCIS chooses to deny them their n-600? Would they possibly because we filed a WoM?
