Our family immigrated to the US in 2011. I got my US Citizenship a month ago and my wife is getting hers in 2 days. We decided to apply for Certificate of Citizenship for our 16 yo son (yes, we know it's pricey; yes, we know it's not mandatory; yes, we just want our son to have independent piece of paper proving he is US Citizen; so please don't tell us we don't need it :) ).

He is in our custody since birth and lives with us. In Form N-600 instruction in the list of evidence you can find the following (page 9):

11. Proof of Required Residence or Physical Presence In the United States. Any document that proves the U.S citizen parent’s residence or physical presence in the United States. This proof may include, but is not limited to the following:

A. School, employment, or military records;
B. Deeds, mortgages, or leases showing residence;
C. Attestations by churches, unions, or other organizations;
D. U.S. Social Security quarterly reports; and
E. Affidavits of third parties having knowledge of the residence and physical presence.

Does it apply for our case (INA ACT 320)? If yes, what papers did people with the same situation submit?
