N-400 - Should self employment be mentioed in employment history?

Hi,

After about 4 years with the employer that sponsored my GC, I left them to go independent (self employed, working as an individual without forming an S-corp or anything like that).

Should "Self employed" be mentioed under Part 6 question B?
