Then, it asks for

Prior Spouse Family Name
First Name
Full Middle Name ( If applicable)

Now, my wife was married before and that marriage ended in divorce before we got married. So the information above is for her or for her ex-husband?

The question is about your wife's previous marriage. So, I believe it is about your wife's ex-husband.

If your wife is also applying for naturalization, then her answer to Question 8 (F) will be identical to your answer to Question 8 (G).
