N-400 Kentucky vs Ohio Timeline/s & Experience/s

I am planning to apply for N-400 shortly.

I think its better to do it from Kentucky (Louisville district office)
since its much faster than Cincinnati, Ohio. Any comments?

I will be setting up residence in Northern Kentucky shortly, and
go through the process of getting a KY license, transfer cars, insurance
etc to the new address.

Before I start all this...

Any experiences or Timelines for Louisville, KY or Northern Kentucky in
particular?

Did any of you have a similar choice to make; where just going across a
state border would potentially make it faster to get your citizenship...?
