My passport was delivered to a wrong address, How to track

I checked the status of my passport and it says it was delivered on Oct 20th, But I didn't get it. What are my options now ? They delivered my passport with the naturalization certificate (original), How can I get those ?

I called the post office, they said they will investigate and call me back.
 
Don't you hate that? Few of my NOAs were delivered to our neighbors and, luckily, they brought it over the same day as they knew about my process.

My FP letter was delievered to an incorrect address Monday for a Wednesday appointment - fortunately, I made it.

Not really sure what to advise you - give hell to the USPS as they are responsible for this and good luck in getting your passport.
