My parents and I entered the US back in 2001 with a valid tourist visa, for personal reasons we overstayed but we never left the country tho.
Years passed and now I am a naturalized US Citizen. I sent both of my parents packages on Nov 6, 2012 and since then, they only received their EAD card and social security card but nothing else.
Their I 130 application are still pending and their I 485 are stuck in RFE review for almost three months now.
Should i be worried? Should i call them or make an info pass appointment? My dad needs to travel to my home country as soon as possible for family reasons.
It was my mistake not to include a separate I 864 form for myself when i sent both packages (i only sent the joint sponsor I 864 form). USCIS received my RFE response in Dec 12 and since then their I 485 are stuck in RFE review.
