My I-140 has been pending 5 months. It was received by INS on 10/31/02. and my company does not give me the WAC number for the I-140, becasue it belongs to the company.
Sucks!!!!:mad:
 
Only 5 months? It's nothing...

Unfotunately I don't have good news. My I-140 (EB1, California) is pending for 6 months. Although I received my WAC from the company's attorney, it doesn't help much. All I can do with it is to check the status at the BCIS web site and see that it is in process.

You can file your I-485 with the I-140 receipt. I want to get the AP so I don't need to apply for a visa any more. I hate the visa application.:mad:
