Yesterday I checked the status through phone service and verified that it was approved.
It has been long wait.

Could you pl. clarify that 22 Feb is your Notice Date ??

In my case, 15th is the Receipt Date and 25th is the Notice Date.
My lawyer called INS last monday, and he was told that they are processing 22nd Feb NOTICE DATE.
With this understanding, for you, 22nd Feb should be Notice Date
(Although the AVM will say that your case was received on 22nd, but the Notice of action form will say that this is Notice Date, and receipt date will be earlier than this date)
