my green card labor is taking for ever took nearly 3 years not yet approved

HI Khanna,
I applied my green card labor EB2 RIR and my priority date was may 2001 and still it did not get my labor approved , i have applied from oklahoma city, our regional office is dallas. can you give me any suggestion, also i have another question our company has a regional sales office in chicago can i apply my green card from there as we had an sales office over there, is it possible.
