My friend got 2nd letter on 19th Sep2012 after being current for Oct 2012, 2nd letter after 37 days

There is one my friend with case number 180x, sent forms to KCC on 28 May with me on same day,
who was current for Oct 2012 but he got his 2nd letter few days ago,on 19th september 2012 , almost after 37 days after being current.
His interview is scheduled for 5th Nov 1pm 2012 .
So dont worry who havent got 2nd letter after being current for oct 2012. Just wait and also can call KCC.
