Multiple H1Bs

Hi All,

I'm working on H1B and recently joined new company but my old company still want me to do some work. Currently they gave me one simple check for couple of hours work which is not legal of course. But I want to keep working with them as part time (10-15 hrs a week) but same time I also don't want to inform my new employer about this thing. My old visa with old employer is also expired so there no really link between us. So my question is ..Can my previous employer file part time H1 without telling anything to new employer ?

Of course, you can. You can have as many H-1B petition as you want with each employer(not tens or hundreds, though). You don't have to tell other employer about it. The only problem is that we are already out of H-1B cap at this time.
