I had an H1 from company A which was valid till next march. But they
were not able to get an assignment for me.
So I went ahead with company B who got me an H1 and I got it
stamped .The previous H1 (from company A ) was "cancelled without
prejudice" when i went for new H1(company B).
Now company A wants me to go to US immediately. What are my options.
Should I resign and tell them that their H1 has got cancelled.
Or can I still enter US to work for company A if I have the I129,I797
etc of company A even though the visa stamp is cancelled.
Please suggest.
