Hi Rajiv,
I am a student on F1 VISA, I got charged for Public consumption of alcohol by Arizona Traffic and Ticket Compliant. It is a criminal offence.
I have to appear in the court in the coming week.
I wanted to understand the repercussions of this on my immigration status.
1. Will this be on my record ? If so, for how long ?
2. How will this affect my EAD card processing ?
3. How will this affect my STEM OPT extension ?
4. How will this cause problems for employment background screening ?
5. Will this affect H1B processing in future ?
