Hello,
I am in United States & My fiance visa petition has been approved & my fiance has already received his packet 3 & 4 from US consulate from the New Delhi, Embassy (INDIA)
Today when he got his medical examination done - the doctor told him that he has a spot showing up in his x-ray due to his smoking habbit in his lungs & he has High Blood pressure as well.
My question: will these symptons will effect him in getting a visa or is he will be DENY for visa due to his Smoking habbit.
Please reply back if possible & be advised what should we do.
