MC - question

Yesterday, a company offered me my dream job. I wrote the HR a summary of TN status and what I need, specifically the title because they call it "Business Analyst". This morning she emailed back saying they can modify the title, therefore will be looking for another candidate. Is there any solution to this?

I am little bit down at this moment as I made the trip down there for the interview and I am sure they liked my experience. I am even scared of applying for other position because I am not sure anymore. Any advice?
 
What degree do you have. MC's consult, they don't work, and they are not part of the permanent organization, they are hired for a particule problem/phase, etc.
 
I have a bachelor in business from a US university. The position was about improving processes, making recommendations and such...So a MC has to be on some sort of contract and can't be permanent?
