May 140 -- No Approval but fP Notice received.

My ND for I-140 is May 24th, 2004. But I have not yet received 140 approval. I see that people after august .. even november 2004, getting approved recently.

In my case, I got FP Notice though.. Does it mean that my I-140 and 485 could be concurrently adjudicated ...at the same time I hear that TSC is stopping concurrent adjudication..anxiously waiting for at least 140 approval..

Anybody in my situation and any opinions ?

what is your category eb3 or 2? sub labor?

hi grvg, i don't if your case is EB1, however my case looks like yours, I140 is from 07/22/04, I also got FP notice (scheduled for 03/24/05), but haven't received I-140 approval yet. I have seen many cases where I485 got approved a few months after FP...Hope I140 approval is on the way...

Hi mparisbr,

I see that many I-140's are getting approved recently. However, Since our cases did not have I-140 approved but FP Scheduled (May 03/05/04), I am guessing we have a chance of getting approved concurrently ..HOPEFULLY.. it will all be over in 2-3 months after FP. I am a little concerned about what would be the imapct of official stoppage of TSC Concurrent adjudication policy on our type of cases.
