Does Receipt Date change during the Transfer

I have a question

My I-140 and I-485 got transferred from CSC to TSC .

In CSC my process date was Sept 2005 . They transferred it to TSC on March 22 2006. So Now Would the recepit date change to the new one or would it remain intact.

Iam seeing that I-140 is processing Jan 2006 at TSC. Since my receipt date was sept 2005 , would my case take any precedence or would it just go into the waiting line...? Any ideas?
