Marry a visitor

Hello Friends,
I am a US Citizen and live in NY
I am planning to marry a legal visitor from India in US.
What would be the procedure for her becoming a PR after marriage?
Does she has to go back to India?
Is it legal for us to get married here while she has a visitor visa?
Please advise.

it ok to marry a visitor as long as the visitor didnt had the intention to come to US to get married.

It wil clarify lot of your doubts and give you an idea about 30/60/90 rule..

Once she is in US and you guys get married, you can file the I-485 for her and she can stay with you permanently as she will be in "adjustment of status" period..
