Marriage, divorce and DV winner

Hello everybody!
I had J1 in 2005 for 4 months.
I got married in US with american while I was there 2nd time in 2007 as a tourist and then I left US without overstaying. Later I divorced from my country 'cos we didn't work out and had lots of arguements

Now I won DV-2010 and my interview will be on 25 of november 2009.
I was reading that getting married with tourist visa is misrepresentation.
Do you think it could be a problem for me on DV interview?

I don't see how a toruist ins't allowed to get married if she leaves within the time frame...so many foreigners go to Vegas for a quicky...you didn't apply for PR under false predentials so I don't see an issue...married, divorced and now winning, it shouldn't matter, but I'm not a lawyer...

She stated on a tourist visa and left before it was due...

I had B1/B2 visa and left 2 weeks before exp date.
