Hmmm. We have all been looking forward to these visa bulletins and finding out when our CNs would be current. Sadly, the excitement is mostly short-lived as the rate of 2NL is far behind the visa bulletin (at least for my AF country of interest...which is just over 2 months behind, with January interviews being scheduled in March )

Monthly visa issuances for 01/2022 have been released. 3652 visas were issued, 8837 total in DV2023.

BTW, is there a way to know which case numbers are processed by which embassy?

After a case is invited for an interview that information is available in CEAC and I publish that data on my page. We unfortunately don't know the embassy allocation for cases that are not scheduled.
