We need a Business Systems Analyst resource for further development of the integrated Electronic Public Health Record System EPHRS to include design and development of a shared Role Based Access Module. Applicant must be highly skilled in or knowledgeable with Federal or Industry Role Based Access Standards, Web Services, documentation development, Visio, flowcharting, structured JRPs and JADs, and have strong facilitation and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of healthcare programs is desired.
