I am a permanent resident going through the N400 process. I have my interview in a few days and hopefully once I pass the interview I will be a USC.
I am married for the past 2 years but my wife is in India. I did not apply for her as the spouse of a green card holder because it was taking more than 3 years for F2A so I decided to wait to become a USC to apply for her.
I want to apply for her as an immediate relative as soon as I complete my naturalization.
I wanted to see if there is anyone who can recommend a good lawyer for my wife's application. I am looking for a lawyer because of additional complexities in my case. My wife is living in India for the past 6 years but has an Iranian passport. Also, she was previously divorced (got divorced in 2005).
