I would like to let you all know that my I-485 for me and my family are finally approved after years of waiting. We got the notification email from USCIS yesterday Jan10, 2006. It said the cards will be mailed to us soon.
Thank you to all the posts in this forum. It has been very helpful to boost our spirits somehow.

I145 filed 04/2002
First FP 05/2002
I485 transferred to Local Office 09/2004
Interview letter received 09/2005
Interview on 10/2005
Biometrics Notice (Code3) 11/15/05
Biometrics done 12/2/05
I485 Approved (through email notification) Jan 10, 2006
