Letter of Intent to Deny EB AOS (I - 485)

Hi,
Does INS/CIS ALWAYS send out a letter of Intent to Deny when they are about to deny an EB 485, or do they sometimes deny it without a notice?

Depends on the Case Officer ...
In my case they denied with out NOID.

Good thing is you can still file MTR.
So dont worry abt denial.

changed employer after 180 days.
I140 revoked (prev. employer) and i am eligible for AC21.
But officer DENIED 485 right away without issuing NOID.

Any way u r case is different u r NOT switching employers... so not a big deal.
I just want to assure u even if it happens U still have chance to apply for MTR
