My situation is-
My Visa and I 94 is maxing out Nov 03,2005.I have not applied for LC so far.I am waiting for PERM to become effective so that I can apply for my LC in Feb prayfully for faster LC.
My question is -
If I apply in Feb,05 and say LC gets cleared thro Perm and with less than 365 days can I apply for 7th yr Extension.I understand with the date retrogression I will not be able to apply for I140 and 485 in EB3 category till it becomes current.I am told I will also have to make sure my company applies in EB2 categ.Is there any hope for me at all or is a Preapproved LC of EB2 category my one and only chance.I would appreciate any helpful info as I am in a dire situation.
