My labor is pending in regional and now can i use the same approved labor with 140 approved as substitution for myself. The attorney was saying that if the labor has already used once for substitution, it cannot be used again 2nd time, in this case for me. Is this true? My question is
1. Is there a limitation in using the labor for substitution?
