Last name change and Oath

I am planning to change my last name during the interview (scheduled for 01/11/10).

How long do i have to wait for my oath (assuming i pass the interview)?

Interview is at Philly.

If you have same day oath than you no need to wait for your oath.

There should be enough time for the court to grant the name change. So, it reduces (not eliminates) the chances of taking the same-day oath.
