  I filed My LC to TEXAS SESA in March 14 2001, It was received at DOL on May 14 2001. I did not get any approval from DOL till today? Does this mean my app is pending, denied or still in processing? I contacted my attorney, she said she faxed a request to DOL about the status of my case. Is it happening to me only or anybody is there waiting for LC approval from DOL in Texas around those dates.

Did your company has any layoffs? If it does than, they are currently holding up LCs from company with layoffs.

No My Company has no layoffs in IT Department. where as it closed some other departments which is not related to IT. I have one more question My company has an IT office in Ohio also.Can i file LC in Ohio now to expedite the process
