Labor Certification in DE

Hi, friends?
My application was filed on March 29, 2002.(SESA in DE)
How long does it take to get the final determination from Federal DOL?
Please let me know your comments.

p.s. Mine is company-based RIR case.

Once DE SESA approves your LC. it goes to Region III Philadelphia, PA. According to Federal Processing times it is taking 30 days from the date of receipt. Can you post more detail about your case? Did you get your case #? Is it approved from DE SESA?
