Labor approval from Local CT and regional Boston

My Labor was filed from Connecticut in Nov2001 but nothing has happened so far.
CT is for State Level Labor and our region is Boston.
IS there anyone whose Labor got approved recently from Boston. Or if someone know how long Boston region department is taking to proces the Labor.
