Rule states:
Generally have been working for a qualifying organization abroad for one continuous year within the three years immediately preceding his or her admission to the United States
So does that mean that if you worked for a 1.5years quit for 4 months and hired backed for 2 months you can get a L1A/B visa as you work for 1 continuous year with that employer in the pass 3 years?
or
If you worked for 1.5 years and took a sabbatical for 3 months you still can get a L1A/B?
