My US citizen fiancée applied K1 visa (Fiancé Visa) for me in April 2005 in US and I was called for an interview on August 10, 2005 at US Embassy, New Delhi. After thoroughly interview counselor told me that I am ineligible under section 221(g) of Immigration and
Naturalization.Counselor asked me for come back for fingerprints of all ten fingers with bank draft of $85 and she told me Embassy will send my fingerprints to America and will contact me after getting result of
fingerprints from America. My question is why I was not granted visa?? what are fingerprints for?? How long does it take to get back result of fingerprints from America?? How & when I'll be able get visa later on??
