June 2001 RD Case Approved! RD 06/17/01 ND 08/16/01 Approval; June 10th 2002

Just heard on AVM that the I485 AOS cases for my spouse and myself were approved on June 10th ,2002.

 
Called IIO twice in April was told to wait for 30 days. Called IIO on May 5th and was told that the June \'01 receipt date cases were being delayed by atleast 6 weeks to complete IBIS check for ALL cases.

PD 08/28/1998
RD 06/17/2001
ND 08/16/2001
FP 12/07/2001 (AVM Changed to FP received on 12/11/01 pending review)
Approval June 10th 2002 ( What a relief finally!! Waiting is over!)
Changed two employers on while on H1 but never changed employers after labor certification was filed.
Used AC21 to extend H1 for 7th seventh year.
Waited patiently even after most July\'01/August\'01 folks received plastic.

So bottom line is the SYSTEM WORKS!!!

I have a feeling. INS is now clearing all backlogs in May/June and also July before moving to August. Oneway it is good because August cases move fast.

The system does not work and it isn\'t true that most july/aug
are done. There are many horror stories of people out there
with the INS. You are one of the lucky ones.
